Henri ?sterlund (b. 1971) is the founder of Accendo Capital SICAV, which creates shareholder value through active ownership. Previously, ?sterlund has served as a Partner of Coventum Corporate Finance, Partner of Triton Private Equity investment fund in London, and as an Analyst at Doughty Hanson Private Equity fund in Stockholm. In addition to SSH, he is Vice Chairman of Doro AB (publ), and a board member of Remedy Entertainment (publ).

He has developed and led regional and global sales teams for successful sales growth, and customer satisfaction, and loyalty. He is experienced in go-to-market strategy, implementation, and channel partner management. He has worked in senior management positions in major companies including Ahlstrom, Aspocomp, ICL, Fujitsu, Fujitsu-Siemens, and Nokia.

Tatu Yl?nen
Tatu Yl?nen founded SSH Communications Security, grew the company to $20 million in sales and 190 employees in five years, and led the company to a public listing on the Nasdaq Nordic in 2000. He is an experienced entrepreneur and the original inventor of SSH (Secure Shell). He has held various roles in the company throughout the years, including CEO, CTO, and Chief Innovation Officer. He is also the second-largest shareholder in the company.
